3. Ordering & Contract

When you place an order, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and authorized.
You will receive an order confirmation email. That email, along with the shipping confirmation, forms the contract between us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our product prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice.
Payment options include credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets as available.
All payments are processed securely, but we cannot guarantee that payment services or transaction experiences will be uninterrupted.

5. Delivery & Availability

Orders are subject to availability. Delivery timelines vary based on location.
In-stock items typically dispatch within 2–3 business days.
Pre-order or backordered items will show expected delivery dates.
We may limit or cancel orders under suspicion of misuse.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Shipping & Returns Policy applies:

Return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
Free returns on select orders; check policy for full terms.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Use & Representations

All products are intended for personal use only.
We make every effort to display accurate photographs, descriptions, and prices. However, actual product color or details may vary slightly.

8. Reviews & User Content

Reviews, comments, and content submitted on our site are subject to moderation. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and display your content anywhere, forever.

For EU users or others with required protections by law, mandatory legal rights in your jurisdiction apply.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid provision closest in meaning, and remaining Terms stay intact.
A failure to enforce any provision doesn’t waive future rights.
