Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

Pre-order or made-to-order items will display expected dispatch timelines on the product page.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999 may include a ₹49–₹69 delivery charge (shown at checkout).

COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed before payment.
Delivery Partners
We ship via top logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) to ensure quick and reliable delivery.
You’ll receive:

A tracking link via SMS & email once your order ships

Status updates until the item is delivered
Missed Delivery / RTO
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address

Multiple missed attempts

Refusal at doorstep
…the order may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

We’ll reach out to confirm reshipping or process a partial refund (after deducting shipping fees).
Split Shipments
In rare cases, your order may arrive in parts if:

Items are sourced from different locations

One product is on pre-order while others are ready-to-ship
You’ll be notified at every step.
Invoice & Packaging

Your invoice is sent digitally (we go paperless!).

All items are securely packed in recyclable packaging.

Gifting option? Select “Mark as Gift” at checkout.
Delays or Issues?
We’ll do our best to avoid any disruption.
But if there’s a delay due to weather, strikes, or transport disruptions, we’ll keep you informed via email.
