Shipping and Delivery

We keep it simple: fast drops, safe deliveries, and full tracking, straight to your door.
Read below for how shipping works at The Luxe Collective (luxecollective.in).

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items will display expected dispatch timelines on the product page.

Delivery Timelines (India)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. You’ll always get real-time tracking info once shipped.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
Global delivery coming soon, follow us @luxecollalective.in for updates.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 may include a ₹49–₹69 delivery charge (shown at checkout).

  • COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed before payment.

Delivery Partners

We ship via top logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) to ensure quick and reliable delivery.
You’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS & email once your order ships

  • Status updates until the item is delivered

Missed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Multiple missed attempts

  • Refusal at doorstep

…the order may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

  • We’ll reach out to confirm reshipping or process a partial refund (after deducting shipping fees).

Split Shipments

In rare cases, your order may arrive in parts if:

  • Items are sourced from different locations

  • One product is on pre-order while others are ready-to-ship

You’ll be notified at every step.

Invoice & Packaging

  • Your invoice is sent digitally (we go paperless!).

  • All items are securely packed in recyclable packaging.

  • Gifting option? Select “Mark as Gift” at checkout.

Delays or Issues?

We’ll do our best to avoid any disruption.
But if there’s a delay due to weather, strikes, or transport disruptions, we’ll keep you informed via email.
