At The Luxe Collective, we curate products that vibe with your lifestyle, but if something’s off, we’ve got you. Read our cancellation and refund terms below.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order if:

It hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.

Cancellation is requested within 2 hours of placing the order (for fast-processing items).
To cancel:
Email us at theluxeco.in@gmail.com with your order ID.
Note:
Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled. But you may still be eligible for a return or refund (see below).
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on eligible products under the following conditions:
✅ You’re eligible if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You raised a return request within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
❌ Refunds not eligible if:

Item is used or tampered with.
-
Tags, seals, or original packaging are missing.

The product is listed as non-returnable (will be marked on product page).
Exchange / Replacement
We offer free replacements if:

The item was damaged in transit.
-
You received the wrong product or size.
We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is returned and inspected.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the return.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Return Pickup & Charges

We offer free pickup for eligible return zones.

If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item to our return hub.

Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during the return process.

Special Conditions

“Drop of the Day” or “Flash Deals” items may not be returnable, check product details.

Bundled sets must be returned together.

Gift cards, hygiene items, and personalized products are non-refundable.
